Bowls of Goat Cheese Mousse with Pear and Vanilla Extra Jam

Ingredients for 4 persons

400 g goat cheese
zest of half a lemon
juice of half a lemon
250 ml whipped cream
100 g powdered sugar
a bunch of fresh mint
four nuts
1 jar of “Number One” pear and vanilla extra jam

Preparation

Mix the goat cheese with the grated lemon zest and juice, add the whipped cream and chopped nuts (they will create a delicious contrast of texture and flavour).
Put a generous layer of goat cheese mousse into transparent bowls, and top with a layer of pear and vanilla extra jam.
Garnish with sprigs of mint. Serve and enjoy!
