125 g flour
300 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of sugar
“Number One” peach and red plum extra jam


Mix the flour with the milk, and then add the eggs. Let it stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Put a knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan and start cooking your pancakes.
Spread a generous layer of peach and red plum extra jam on each pancake, roll the pancake up, dust with powdered sugar.
Your breakfast is now ready to start the day in a good mood … and maybe go back to bed.
