The cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and place of destination as per table below.
For orders above €40.00, shipping is free.
For delivery to Calabria and Sicily, a surcharge of €2.00 will apply.
For delivery to Sardinia, a surcharge of €4.00 will apply.
For delivery to smaller islands, a surcharge of €16.00 will apply.

Once your order is confirmed, the goods are usually prepared for shipment and handed over to the carrier within the next working day. Please allow 2-3 working days from date of despatch for delivery to Italian destinations, and up to 7 working days for delivery to European destinations. During the Christmas period, delivery time may be extended to 3-5 working days for deliveries in Italy.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared in the course of the next working day. Please note that, for some European countries, delivery may take longer due to customs formalities.
At the time of delivery, if some items are missing from the package, different from the ones ordered and/or if they are damaged, please promptly inform the Customer Service by clicking on Customer Support to send a message or an email to email@example.com.
If you receive an open package or if it is sealed with an unbranded tape and/or if the package does not bear any NUMBER ONE seal, you can accept it with reservation or refuse delivery. Please promptly inform our Customer Service that will verify what happened.
